PURPOSE: A turbine rotor for a vertical wind turbine and a vertical wind turbine system are provided to improve the output by increasing the rotational component absolute values of positive inlet absolute velocity or negative outlet absolute velocity without increasing the outer diameter of the rotor or decreasing the inner diameter of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A turbine rotor(100) for a vertical wind turbine comprises a rotary shaft(110) and multiple blades(120). The angle of an inlet or an outlet of the blades is asymmetrically formed, and the shape of the inlet or the outlet is lengthily formed in a lower current direction. The ratio between the cord length and the pitch of rotor vanes is 0.3-0.6. The ratio between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the blades is 0.8-1.1. The ratio between the cord length and the blades is 0.6-1.3.
