PURPOSE: A WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment) communication system and a handover method thereof are provided to minimize the amount of a data frame loss in the conversion of RSE(Road-Side Equipment). CONSTITUTION: An OBE(On-Board Equipment)(110) transmits a handover request message to nRSE(new Road-Side Equipment)(122)(S320). The nRSE transmits the handover alarm message to pRSE(S335).
