<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a member of a change history of purchase conditions. <P>SOLUTION: When a change request REQ3 in which specification information and purchase conditions information after change is included is transmitted from a golf course server 4A to a management device 3, the management device 3 accesses an offerings table, stores the purchase conditions information included in the change request REQ3 in a record corresponding to the specification information, compares the purchase conditions information before the change with the purchase conditions information after the change, and stores difference between them as change history information.
