<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved control means of controlling a payout rate. <P>SOLUTION: A falling-to-dealer control device includes: a shutter that is provided in a token pusher game machine, and is provided in a token passage reaching a falling-to-dealer port to be able to open and close, a shutter drive mechanism for opening/closing the shutter, and an automatic control device for controlling the shutter drive mechanism.
