This waterproof structure (22) comprises: an electrically conductive cylindrical shielding shell (27) which is provided at an intermediate part of an electromagnetic shielding member (24) in the length direction; and an outer waterproofing mechanism (28) and an inner waterproofing mechanism (29) that are respectively provided on the outer periphery side and the inner periphery side of the cylindrical shielding shell (27). The outer waterproofing mechanism (28) has a shielding section (31) and a grommet (32). The inner waterproofing mechanism (29) has a stop valve member (39) which is brought into contact, in a watertight manner, with a shielding section (38) and with coated outer peripheral surfaces of three high-voltage wires (23) inserted through the cylindrical shielding shell (27).
