PURPOSE: A secondary battery pack is provided to form a stable assembling structure by simplified assembling process while maintaining mechanical rigidity and electric insulation of a battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery pack comprises: a negative electrode terminal and positive electrode terminal of a battery cell which consist of plate-like conductive element and are electrically connected to a protection circuit module through a safety element(120); a battery cell each of which includes a negative electrode terminal and positive electrode terminal respectively formed on end parts and a heat sealing surplus part on the end part; and the protection circuit module which comprises a printed circuit board, input and/or output terminals, and a first case(200) and second case coupled to each other by an assembly coupling structure and is mounted on the heat sealing surplus part.
