<p>PURPOSE: An ultrasonic motor and a lens device having the same are provided to enable pressurized contact by making a vibration plate compress a rotor by interposing a miniature frame while not interfering vibration applied to the vibration plate by a piezoelectric device. CONSTITUTION: A vibrator(109) has a contact plane contacting with a driven unit. A piezoelectric device is fixed to the vibrator. The vibrator drives the driven unit by ultrasonic vibration. The ultrasonic vibration is excited by a piezoelectric device(103). A pressurization unit is supported by a fixing unit. The pressurization unit is configured to compress a biasing force to the vibrator. The pressurization unit includes a pressurization member(106) and an elastic member. The elastic member applies the pressure in the perpendicular direction to the contact plane to the vibrator.</p> |
