SILANE-BASED COMPOUNDS AND PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel silane compound, a photosensitive resin composition containing the same, and a photosensitive material containing the same are provided to enhance adhesion with a substrate and to produce a high quality color filter. CONSTITUTION: A silane compound is denoted by a chemical formula 1. A photosensitive resin composition contains 0.01-5 wt% of the silane compound of a chemical formula 1, 1-20 wt% of binder resin, 1-30 wt% of a polymerizable compound, 0.1-5 wt% of a photoactive compound, and 40-95 wt% of a solvent. The photosensitive resin composition further contains a coloring agent and a photosensitive material. A color filer contains the photosensitive material. A method for manufacturing the photosensitive material comprises a step of applying the photosensitive resin composition onto the substrate; and a step of exposing and developing the photosensitive resin composition.
