PURPOSE: An AV flashlight is provided to improve productivity by simplifying dissolution and assembly. CONSTITUTION: A body portion(200) includes a tube portion(230), a window unit, a board housing, and a circuit board. A head housing assembly is assembled in the leading end of the board housing of the body portion. The head housing assembly is electrically connected to the circuit components by the assembly, without being connected to circuit components of the body portion. The head housing assembly and the board housing are connected by a common female/male socket connection.
