PURPOSE: A reverse exercise device is provided to fix or release a seat back frame to or from a frame. CONSTITUTION: A reverse exercise device comprises a fixed bar(10), multiple support holes(2a), an operation bar(9), and a spring fixing bar. Both sides of the fixed bar are protruded in the vertical direction of a fixed pipe. The multiple support holes are formed with an interval along the assistant support of a support frame. A coil spring is mounted in one support shaft. A washer is coated on the other shaft. A cushion material is coated on the center of the center of the operation bar.
