An HS-DPCCH uplink feedback method and a related device. The method comprises: a UE receiving indication information sent by a NodeB through a downlink physical channel, the indication information at least comprising a radio network temporary identifier of the UE and resource information for random access, and the UE being in a CELL-FACH state or a CELL-PCH state or a URA-PCH state; the UE initiating random access to the NodeB according to the resource information, and detecting feedback information that is sent by the NodeB through the downlink physical channel and used for indicating whether the random access of the UE is successful; and if the feedback information indicates that the random access of the UE is successful, the UE sending power control information to the NodeB through a DPCCH, and sending, according to a timing relationship between an HS-DPCCH and an HS-PDSCH, feedback information of downlink data borne by the HS-DSCH and/or a CQI of a downlink channel measured by the UE to the NodeB through the HS-DPCCH at a time conforming to the timing relationship.
