<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of achieving a superior engine starting. <P>SOLUTION: The device controls the amount of eccentricity of a cam ring 20C so as to reduce a specific ejection amount of the pump device 20 during cranking of a vehicle engine, and thereby the specific ejection amount is controlled to become smaller than that in the vehicle traveling condition and non-steering condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
