<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of reducing a spatial restriction within a casing in its vertical and lateral directions while facilitating work for attaching or removing a display unit. <P>SOLUTION: A slot machine 10 has a casing 11 and a front door 12 for closing its front surface. Within the casing 11, there is installed a surface replacement unit 400 having a reel device 650 mounted within an inner casing in such a way as to be removably attached. Supporting rails are provided at both right and left side plates of the casing 11 and at the same time rollers are provided at both right and left side plates of the inner casing through slide rails. The rollers are rolled on the supporting rails to cause the surface replacement unit 400 to be attached to or removed from the casing.
