摘要 <p>Provided are a high-sensitivity high-endurance digital photograph photoconductor which is applied to a high-resolution, rapid positive charge digital photography device, has superior operating stability, and whereby it is possible to obtain reliable high image quality without occurrences of image dropouts arising from cracks caused by pollution from fatty oils or sebum in either the image memory or contact members, as well as a method of manufacturing same and a digital photography device in which same is employed. A layered positive charge digital photograph photoconductor is formed from: a charge transport layer (2) including at least a positive hole transporting material and a bonding resin; and a charge emitting layer (3) including at least a charge emitting material, the positive hole transporting material, an electron transporting material, and the bonding resin; which are stacked in order upon a conductive support body (1). The total mass of a residual solvent included in the charge emitting layer (3) and the charge transporting layer (2) is 50µg/cm3 or less.</p>
