Provided is an exercise device in which a chamber is kept airtight and which comprises a seal member that can be easily attached and detached by a user. This exercise device comprises a chamber which further comprises an opening for a user to enter and leave the chamber, a seal member which closes the opening of the chamber airtight, a pressure control unit which pressurizes the inside of the chamber, and an exercise equipment contained inside the chamber. The opening of the chamber is provided with engaging rings, and the seal member is provided with a skirt to be worn by the user and a tube with elasticity. The tube is attached to the peripheral edge of the skirt and causes the peripheral edge of the skirt to come in contact with the engaging rings, and the skirt is tightened against the engaging rings due to pressurization inside the chamber.
