The element has a metal strip (S1) comprising a freely-punched contact lamella (L1) and a recess (A1). Another metal strip has contact lamellas and recesses. The metal strips are arranged in an overlapping manner, where the contact lamellas of the latter metal strip project through the recess of the former metal strip. The metal strips are connected with one another as a single-piece, and the contact lamellas are arranged parallel to each other. The metal strips form an inner cage and an outer cage, and manufactured by a stamping tool.
