The shaft coupling (10) has a coupling element (22) for connecting fastening fork (12) with mounting fork (14). The coupling element has a composite element (24) having drive fastening points (26.1,26.2) and output-fixing points (30.1,30.2) which are connected to mounting and fastening forks. The composite element has fiber layers extending along fiber direction. The fastening points and output-fixing points are arranged on corners of imaginary square, and fiber angle between fiber direction and imaginary connecting line of two fastening points is set to +45 to -45 [deg] .
