The combination has an insulation layer made from flexible electrical isolation material. The insulation layer surrounds a heating element, where the combination is formed as a heating tape or a heating fabric (1). The heating tape or the heating tissue is made from cross conductive polymer weft threads and non-conductive chain threads. Band shaped electrodes (2) are arranged on the heating tape or the heating fabric parallel to each other. A region of a strip electrode is broader than that of the electrode. The polymer fabric is based on electrical conductive polymeric fibers, yarns, threads and cords.
