PURPOSE: An auto focus adjusting method, an auto focus adjusting apparatus, and a digital photographing device including the same are provided to focus a moving object quickly and accurately even when continuously photographing. CONSTITUTION: AF calculation unit(220) calculates a focus detection estimation value from an image signal. When continuously photographing, a peak detection unit(224) detects a peak position in an imaging section before a exposure preparation section for image capture. A focus lens driving unit amends a focusing position by using a moving speed calculated in speed calculation unit(224) during a exposure preparation section before initiation before capture.
