PURPOSE: A molding sand transferring device is provided to improve work efficiency and productivity by automatically feeding molding sand to a molding frame. CONSTITUTION: A molding sand transferring device comprises a frame(10), an inclined conveyor(20), and a horizontal conveyor(30). A first hopper(21) is installed on the opposite upper part of the inclined conveyor. The first hopper receives mixed molding sand. Second hoppers(31) are installed in the lower part of the horizontal conveyor. The plurality of second hopper feeds the molding sand to a molding frame. A stopper(33) is installed in the upper part of the horizontal conveyor. The stopper is operated by a cylinder(32) in the upper part of each second hopper along a diagonal direction. A filling conveyor(35) is installed in the lower part of the each second hopper. The charging conveyor is operated by a charging switch(36) which is installed in the one side frame of the each second hopper. A collecting tank(40) is installed in the lower end part of the horizontal conveyor. |
