PURPOSE: A rabbit dish enabling users to eat with bones, and a cooking method thereof are provided to maintain the original taste of rabbit meat by adding unrefined rice wine vinegar. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method of a rabbit dish enabling users to eat with bones comprises the following steps: removing the hair and intestines from rabbit, and separating meat from bones; finely grinding the bones, and mixing the ground bones with the meat before grinding again; adding oligosaccharide, vinegar, tomato, ginger, garlic, onion, pear juice, a Glycyrrhizae radix boiled extract, and salt into the mixture; and aging the mixture for 5 hours at room temperature before cooking. |
