摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A graphene oxide using ultraviolet exposure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture materials based on graphite having various band gaps by diversifying contents of oxygen through the change of the exposure time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene oxide through ultraviolet exposure comprises the following steps. Graphene is exposed to ultraviolet rays to manufacture oxidized graphene. The ultraviolet exposure process is conducted by using the ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 160-220 nanometers. The graphene is exposed with the ultraviolet rays for 3-10 minutes.</p>
