PURPOSE: A composite comprising mesoporous silicon oxide/graphene composite, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing time of the composite by using microwaves. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of composite comprising a mesoporous silicon oxide/graphene composite comprises the following steps. Graphite oxide power and a surfactant are dispersed into a solvent. The dispersed solution is controlled to have the pH less than 2. The dispersed solution in pH 2 or less is mixed with silicon salt. The solution is maintained at 30-150 deg. C to manufacture the mesoporous silicon oxide/graphene composite. To raise the temperature of solution, microwaves are applied.
