<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing algae lipids with high work efficiency and high extraction efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing algae lipids includes: a process of treating one or more algae with an organic acid or alkali; a first separation process of separating the algae treated with the organic acid or alkali; a process of treating the algae separated in the first separation process with an alkali or organic acid; a second separation process of separating the algae treated with the alkali or organic acid; and a process of extracting a lipid component from the algae separated in the second separation process by using an organic solvent. One or more algae are selected from Ceratophyllum demersum, Colpomenia bullosa, Melanosiphon intestinalis, Dictyopteris divaricata, Sargassum fusiforme, Cystoseira hakodatensis, Sargassum sagamianum, Sargassum yezoense, Sargassum okamurae, Sargassum siliquastrum, Sargassum confusum, Sargassum thunbergii, Sargassum patens, Coccophora langsdorfi, Sargassum yendoi, Sargassum horneri, Undaria pinnatifida, Laminaria japonica, Saccharina sculpera belonging to Phaeophyceae; Ulva intestinalis belonging to Chlorophyceae; and Porphyra yezoensis, Porphyra tenera, and Gracilaria vermiculophylla belonging to Phodophyta. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
