<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a transmission source transmits an e-mail with an attachment file whose printing is not supported to an image forming device, the transmission source has no way of knowing that it has transmitted the e-mail with the attachment file whose printing is not supported. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device 10 includes: an analysis part 13 for analyzing whether a received mail 12b transmitted from a transmission source has an attachment file whose printing is supported; an outgoing mail preparation part 14 for preparing warning report mails (14a,14b) for reporting to the transmission source that no file whose printing is supported is attached when the first received mail 12b does not have the attachment file 12c whose printing is supported; a mail transmission part 15 for transmitting the warning report mails to the transmission source; and a printing part 16 for printing the attachment file 12c when the first received mail 12b has the attachment file 12c whose printing is supported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
