<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a vibration-proof effect on the upper part is impaired because, in the conventional installment structure, respective vibration-proof members are used so as to be compressed to the upper part and the lower part of the water heater from the upper side and, when the water heater is actually installed, the lower vibration-proof member is deformed in the horizontal direction and the water heater falls to bow to the front side and the falling causes an increase in the deformation of the upper vibration-proof member. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration-proof member to be arranged on the lower part is arranged so as to be compressed in the horizontal direction toward the rear side, thereby, the deformation direction of the lower vibration member is restricted only to the horizontal direction, and the amount of compression is calculated beforehand to prevent the falling of the water heater.
