The bearing assembly has outer ring (AR) and inner ring (IR) comprising outer ring raceways (1,2) and inner ring raceways (3,4) which are concentric with respect to bearing axis (X) respectively. The rolling elements (5,6) are formed as barrel between outer ring and inner ring, which are concentric to rolling axis (X5,X6). The spherical centers (Z1,Z2) are congruent to bearing axis, so that the inner ring is tilted about tilt center (K), which coincides with spherical centers. A tensioning unit (T) is provided for applying tension to bearing outer rings (AR1,AR2) of outer ring.
