An intrauterine viewer manufacturing method and a viewer implementing the method, the intrauterine viewer manufacturing method comprising the following steps: 1)disposing an observation mirror body (1); 2) disposing an intrauterine expansion device (2); 3) detachably disposing the intrauterine expansion device (2) on the observation mirror body (1). The present invention provides a low cost method that is easy to realize. The viewer of the present invention has an ingenious design, can expand a uterus via the intrauterine expansion device (2) when the inside of the uterus is being observed, so that a larger observation range can be obtained to accurately and quickly learn about the change of various parts of the uterus, thus greatly improving diagnostic accuracy and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of an operation. Furthermore, the intrauterine expansion device (2) is detachably disposed to form a split type structural design, allowing repeated use of the observation mirror body (1), therefore the viewer is safe to use, avoids cross infection, and is effectively cost saving and environmentally friendly.
