The water submerged component comprises a lever-shaped transfer element (1) that is swung at several horizontal axes and is provided with a horizontal running swivel bearing (5) supported at a rod (2). The rod is moved and driven linearly within a given interval in parallel to a horizontal plane. The horizontal running swivel bearing of the lever-shaped transfer element is passed through a vertical distance between two positions (6,7) to reach lower limit, if the lever-shaped transfer element is run vertically under the assigned pivotal arm axles (3).
