METHOD FOR LINEAR STRUCTURING A COATED SUBSTRATE FOR MANUFACTURING OF THIN FILM SOLAR CELL MODULES

PURPOSE: A method for linearly structuring a coating substrate for manufacturing a thin film solar cell module is provided to easily calculate an interval between individual traces by fixing a camera to a common frame. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer large substrate(1) has one lower structured surface. Traces are formed on the large substrate to move in an X direction. The substrate horizontally moves between two end positions in the X direction several times. A structure tool(8) moves to various positions and generates one trace on the structured surface.
