摘要 PURPOSE: A phosphorescent material is provided to improve light-emitting efficiency of an organic electroluminescent device by having high triplet energy of 2.9 eV or more, and to improve voltage properties of the device when being used as an electron-injection layer. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorescent material is indicated in chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1: one of X, Y, Z is nitrogen and residues are carbon; and R is selected from a C1-13 aromatic compound, a C1-13 heterocyclic compound, a hydrogen atom, a silicon compound, and a phosphoryl compound. An organic electroluminescent device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode which faces the first electrode; and a light-emitting material layer(123) which is inserted between the first and second electrodes and consists of red, green, and blue light-emitting patterns. The blue light emitting material pattern comprises a phosphorescent material.
