PURPOSE: A flavor feeding unit, and a yogurt ice cream producing apparatus including thereof are provided to enable users to easily select a flavoring agent with a simple operation process. CONSTITUTION: A flavor feeding unit comprises the following: plural cartridges containing plural flavoring agents; connection pipes connected to each cartridge; a flavor selecting valve connected to the connection pipes for selectively supplying the flavoring agent from the cartridge to an ice-cream discharging device; a valve housing(540) including plural inflow paths(541) connecting the connection pipes to an internal space, and an outflow path(542) connecting the internal space to the discharging device; a rotary spool rotatably installed in the valve housing for sealing the inflow paths; a connection flow path(551) selectively connecting the outflow path to the inflow paths by the operation of the rotary spool; and a cooling cylinder connected to a hopper for freezing and stirring a source liquid for yogurt ice cream. |
