The present description relates to a method and apparatus for transceiving a cyclic shift parameter which provides orthogonality. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method, in which a base station transmits a cyclic shift parameter that provides orthogonality, involves determining multiple access states of one or more UEs, determining the cyclic shift parameter for calculating information related to the orthogonality, and transmitting the determined cyclic shift parameter to the UE. |
