<p>The machine (1) i.e. gate-bread cutting machine (2), has a movable bread slider (19) comprising a thrust surface (20) that is extended transverse to a bread tray surface (17). A slider drive (21) is coupled with the slider by two coupling points, and drives the bread slider along a linear slider path. Slanting of the slider is counteracted based on the two coupling points that lie at distance to each other. The bread slider is formed as a scissors joint drive (22) or as a cable drive. The joint drive comprises two scissors arms that are connected together by a pivot joint.</p> |
