PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to reduce the number of parts while maintaining a bolting assembly method with instrument safety and low difficulty and to minimized a mounting space for a safety device of the upper part of the battery cell. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery(100) includes a battery cell(10), a protection circuit module which can be electrically connected to the battery cell, a fuse member which can be electrically connected to the battery cell and protection circuit module, a top cap(40) combined in the battery cell, a first lead plate(50) having a first junction part and a surface mounting end, a second lead plate(60) having a second junction part and a third junction part, and an insulating member for insulating the protection circuit module and the fuse member, and the upper side of the battery cell and the facing side of the protection circuit module. |
