To overcome complexity problems and long process duration, the inventive concept envisages that a separating vortex device has, besides a tank wherein the must takes whirling motion in order to separate the solid parts from the liquid by centrifugal effect, an evaporation surface for the liquid to allow the formation on it of an evaporating liquid film.
