PURPOSE: A buoyancy preventing apparatus for a steel pipe pile and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent an excavation hole, into which the steel pipe pile inserted and concrete mortar is settled, from overflowing with the concrete mortar, thereby reducing work processes. CONSTITUTION: A buoyancy preventing apparatus(1) for a steel pipe pile includes a lower disk(3), assembling bolts(5), an upper disk(2). The lower disk is equipped with an inflow hole(6) in which concrete mortar flows, assembling holes(7) with which the assembling bolts are fastened, and plural ribs(8) which support the lower periphery of the steel pipe pile. The assembling bolts vertically inserted into the assembling holes(7) are inserted inside the steel pipe pile. Scales are longitudinally formed at the assembling bolts at regular distances. The upper disk inserted inside the steel pipe pile is equipped with the assembling holes into which the upper ends of the assembling bolts are inserted. |
