PURPOSE: An ion scale booster is provided to activate the static role increasing the friction factor when it passes through a fluorine resin plate and a zinc resin plate by the repetition of an eddy phenomena generated by collision through multiple inlets of the water instead of one inlet. CONSTITUTION: An ion scale booster(1), comprises an outer container(2); an inner container(3); a fluorine resin plate(9); a zinc plate(7); O-rings(5,5'); and covers(4,4') with a tube shape. The outer container is made of iron or the stainless material. The inner container is made of copper material. The fluorine resin plate and the zinc resin plate is formed in a container shape in the direction of the length in the inner container and one end is sealed and another end is opened. The fluorine resin plate and the zinc resin plate are installed to repetitively intersect standing in a line while multiple vertical hole(12) and the inclined holes(11) are adhered to one end being formed on the surface of the fluorine resin plate and the zinc plate with the same shape. The O-ring is positioned and attached respectively on both ends of the circumferential surface of the outer container and the inner container. Binding holes with the screw thread are formed on the other side of the cover to be clamped and be bound to the screw holes on the outer container and a flange is formed on the front face of the cover being integrated to be bound to the plumbing. |
