<p>The power supply (1) has electrical conductors (5,6) provided such that one conductor is connected to a phase conductor (L1) and other conductor connected to a neutral conductor (N) of three-phase network. The power supply Y-capacitors (7,8) are provided between the conductors (5,6) and housing (3) respectively. A controllable switch (14) is provided for attaching a Y-capacitor (17) to respective conductor (5,6) and housing according to detection of conductor attached to neutral conductor based on phase position of fault current and leakage current flowing to ground potential.</p> |
