PURPOSE: A deflection-proof sound absorbent material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deflection of the material manufactured into a panel, thereby improving the reliability of a product, and remarkably lowering the failure rate of the product. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a deflection-proof sound absorbent material includes: a step(S1) of heating a sound-blocking panel having a certain area, and then forming the surface of the panel into a gel; a step(S2) of spraying an adhesive on the surface of the panel in order to form an adhesion layer; a step(S3) of laminating sound-proof materials on the adhesion layer; and a step(S4) of passing a laminate formed by laminating the panel and the materials through a cooling roller, and then pressurizing and slowly cooling the laminate.
