PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to execute a grinding process by automatically selecting a head corresponding to a shape and a size of a foreign material by preparing a plurality of head units. CONSTITUTION: A grinding tape(204) is moved by a first and a second roller(202,203). A head unit(300) is connected to the grinding tape. The head unit drops the grinding tape at a foreign material direction. The head unit includes a plurality of head blocks(310) including a plurality of heads(313) which have different sizes from each other. One of the heads is selected according to a shape and a size of the foreign material. The selected head is connected to a surface of the grinding tape.
