PURPOSE: A continuous manufacturing apparatus and method of a sand mold are provided to obtain high efficiency and improved productivity and molding quality. CONSTITUTION: A continuous manufacturing apparatus comprises a transfer unit(100), a foreign material removing unit(300) for sand mold frames, a foreign material removing unit(400) for a lower chamber, a holding unit(500), a pressing unit(600), a molding-sand feeding unit(700), a vibration generating unit(800), and a mold feeding unit(900). The transfer unit continuously supplies and discharges a pair of mold frames. The foreign material removing unit for sand mold frames removes various impurities from the mold frame. The impurity removing part for a lower chamber removes various impurities from the upper side of a rectangular frame of the lower chamber. The holding unit holds the upper mold frames and lower mold frames. The pressurizing unit presses molding sand filled in the mold frames. The molding-sand feeding unit feeds molding sand into the lower mold frames and lower frames. The vibration generating unit vibrates the mold frames. The mold frame supply part supplies the mold between the upper mold frame and the lower mold frame. |
