PURPOSE: A sanitary paper cup and a sanitary paper cup dispenser including the same are provided to enable a user to easily open the paper cup. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary paper cup comprises a body which contains water, an outlet(110) which is positioned in the top of the body and through which water flows in and out, a bottom unit which is positioned in the lower part and side of the body, and a folding line(150) which is extended from the outlet. The folding line is folded so that the upper part of the body can be folded to the inside of the cup.
