PURPOSE: A method for a strap band of a cosmetic puff and cosmetic puff thereby are provided to improve productivity and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for a strap band of a cosmetic puff is as follows. A band is cut in a width corresponding to the size of a cosmetic puff(S100). A strap band body is formed by forming bonding surfaces on both ends of the band and forming a hanging unit between the bonding surfaces(S200). A bonding layer is formed on one side of the cosmetic puff(S300). A cosmetic puff finished product with a finger insertion hole between the hanging unit and puff is formed(S400).
