PURPOSE: A method for turning a CCTV camera light on/off and a device thererof are provided to turn a light off only while a shutter is opened without influencing the appearance of a CCTV camera. CONSTITUTION: A connector receives a video signal from a CCTV camera. A video sync separator extracts odd/even field pulses from an inputted video signal. A communication port communicates with a terminal or a CCTV camera. An optical sensor(CDS) checks the brightness of light. An FET-gate turns a light on/off. |
