PURPOSE: A lamp device compatibly mountable with a high pressure discharge lamp or an LED module is provided to maximize the efficiency of thermal conduction by inserting a thermal pad between an LED module and a thermal emission supporter. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure discharge lamp(11) or an LED module(12) is compatibly mounted on a housing(20). The housing includes a thermal emission supporter(40). The thermal emission supporter is directly installed on the inside floor of the housing and supports the LED module. The thermal emission supporter conducts heat radiated from the LED module to the housing and emits the heat. The thermal emission supporter includes a heat conduction column(41) and a base plate(42).
