<p>Disclosed is a method for recognizing and assigning stop cases in a train control system. In said method, a travel authorization (MA) is granted to a railway vehicle (3) beyond at least one signal or block system mark (5.1-5.4) located along the track, a displaying state of the signal/mark and an occupied state of at least one track section that follows the signal/mark are monitored, and adequate signal/mark monitoring and track monitoring messages (FÜ, GFM) are generated. The disclosed method is characterized in that the signal monitoring and track monitoring messages are logically combined, and a distinction is made between different stop cases, in particular regular stop cases and irregular stop cases, in accordance with a result of the combination.</p> |
