摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The tool-machine has a portal frame (220) extending in a plane perpendicular to a base plane of a fixed table (10). The frame is moved along a longitudinal axis rectilinear and perpendicular to the plane of the frame and parallel to the base plane. A circular guide track comprises a circular portion of finite radius whose gyration axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis. An effector-port (30) supports a wrapping head (40) and moves at advance work speed in the plane of the portal frame along the track. The sum of angular sectors of circular portions of the track is higher than 180 degrees. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Tool-machine for wrapping layers to form a composite material part e.g. large dimension cylindrical panel, of a fuselage of an aircraft. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The tool-machine allows wrapping of the layers while reducing the work space of the machine with respect to the space of the tool required to realize the parts without bringing a wrapping mandrel in rotation. The tool-machine achieves high productivity and high quality when compared to the productivity and quality achieved by wrapping plane. The tool-machine wraps the layers to form the part covering the angular sector lower than 360 degrees, in a cost-effective manner.
