The solvent is ester, alcohol, ketone, ether (all preferred), aromatic solvent and/or amide or urea group-containing solvents. The solvent or solvent mixture contains 10-80 wt.% of alcohols. The solution contains less than 5, preferably 0.3 wt.% of water. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Process: The production of polymer layer comprises (a) producing isocyanate functional prepolymers from organic polyisocyanates, polymeric polyols having a molecular weight (number average) of 400-8000 g/mol and an average hydroxyl functionality of 1.5-6 and optionally hydroxyl functionalized compounds with molecular weights of 62-399 g/mol and (b) completely or partially converting the free isocyanate groups of the prepolymer of (a) with amino-functional compounds with a molecular weight of 32-1000 g/mol, where the prepolymer is dissolved in one or more organic solvents before, during and/or after the step (b). Preferred Components: The polymeric polyol comprises polyester polyols, polyacrylate polyols, polyurethane polyols, polycarbonate polyols, polyether polyols, polyester polyacrylatepolyol, polyurethane polyacrylate polyol, polyurethane polyester polyol, polyurethane polyether polyol, polyurethane polycarbonate polyol, polyesterpolycarbonate polyol, hydroxyl group containing polycarbonates and/or polyether polycarbonate diols, preferably polytetramethylene glycol polyether. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# No suitable example given.</p>
