<p>The rotor rotating unit (1) has a rotor blade (7), which is fastened indirectly or directly on a rotor (2). The rotor rotating unit is formed as a turbine which is driven by a fluid. The rotor is mounted by a magnetic bearing (3) and the magnetic bearing is cooled by the fluid. The fluid is additionally used for driving the rotor rotating unit.
